About us

We are the 10th generation of an inland shipping family, born and raised on ships. Since our youth we had the ambition and drive to manage and sail our own ship. We wanted to expand our horizons beyond inland shipping and thereafter started to sail on coastal trade. Eventually our drive has brought us to own our current vessel Hollandia.

The Hollandia is able to operate world wide without any restriction. The vessel has the strongest ice-class and equipped with own cranes capable of lifting 80 mt, combined 160 mt. The vessel has full tween deck which makes the vessel even more versatile, the tween decks can also be used as bulk heads on various positions. She is fitted with state of the art equipment such as world wide internet coverage, electronic charts, satelite TV.

Our goal is to achieve a good working atmosphere on board. Normally always one of the owners is on board as master which results in short communication lines and critical decisions can be made on a short notice.

For more than 25 years Royal Wagenborg has been our reliable business partner. They support us with various items such as crewing matters, insurance and chartering.

From september 2007 until march 2019 we have been in time-charter with Nirint Shipping B.V. in a liner service between Europe-Caribean (mainly Cuba and Dutch Antilles) and Canada. The vessel was named Nirint Hollandia and since 2012 Hollandia during this time charter. In March 2019 the time charter ended after 11.5 years service in the Nirint line, the vessel was renamed to her original name Trinitas again. The vessel will trade world wide again in the “open market” for Wagenborg Shipping. From January 2020 the vessel is in time-charter with Aker BioMarine Antarctic in a service between Antarctica and Montevideo with Krillmeal in big bags loaded from Fishing Factory Vessels on the fishing grounds in Antarctica.
